New York is one of the most visited places in the world, there is so much to see and do there. It is good to have an idea of what the city has to offer, take full advantage of your visit, both day and night. Having been there, a couple of times, these are my options for a first time visitor, or even a repeat visitor.
Center of Rockefeller, between Fifth Avenue and sixth in Manhattan, It was built during the great depression at a time when provided badly needed employment. It is home to the most prominent milestones cities and attractions. Times Square, perhaps one of the most famous places in New York City was originally named Longacre Square. The name was changed in 1904, which was the first time held the celebration of new year, but the first ball “drop” did not occur until 1907.Fall ball has occurred each year since then, except in 1942 and 1943, due to the restrictions of guerra.Que time extends from 42 27 Street at the intersection of Broadway and Seventh Avenue, has been called the crossroads of the world and the Great White way, is the only neighborhood with zoning ordinances requiring each building owner display signals luminosas.Aquí you will find the Theatre District, NASDAQ market site and headquarters of the times of New York.Durante a period of time does not recommend the area, but with the opening of a Disney Store, that attracted business family atmosphere is recommended once again for tourists and a place I always visit.
The FAO Schwartz, located in 767 Fifth Avenue, is a store for children with a collection of toys, unprecedented dress up and play areas, a DIY Department and dolls, where children can design your own wrist 10 inches, almost in vivo-tamaño giants of Steiff animals fill and a smaller, Ferrari factory with leather, interior that travels to 15 MPH. Be sure to allow enough time to visit here, especially if children are found in tow.

Ellis Island, one of the most popular places in New York City It can be reached by a walk ferry free. This is where it all began for the majority of immigrants in the new world. Here also is the statue of liberty, a gift to the United States its centenary of France. Found 305 meters in height from the bottom of its base to the tip of the torch.Tours are available, but require reservations due to the large number of people who visit.
Museum of modern art or simply MOMA, between Fifth Avenue and sixth in Midtown Manhattan, exhibits, architecture and design, paintings and sculptures, conferences and events, a great place to visit and bring the entire family.
